The difference between XPS Trainer and XPS Client

You need the Trainer if you're an:

 

  • Coach
  • Personal trainer
  • Strength trainer
  • Therapist
  • Dietitian and etc.

 

You need the Trainer to:

 

  • Work with other athletes and clients
  • Plan their training
  • Share information with them
  • Keep track of their development
  • Plan team training
  • Connect to your clients.

 

You can't use the Trainer to:

 

  • Input workout information for yourself
  • Keep track of your personal training without an XPS client

 

You need the Client if you're an:

 

  • Health and fitness participant
  • Athlete
  • Player

 

You need the Client to:

 

  • Input data about your progress
  • Work with your nutrition
  • Connect to a trainer
