You need the Trainer if you're an:
- Coach
- Personal trainer
- Strength trainer
- Therapist
- Dietitian and etc.
You need the Trainer to:
- Work with other athletes and clients
- Plan their training
- Share information with them
- Keep track of their development
- Plan team training
- Connect to your clients.
You can't use the Trainer to:
- Input workout information for yourself
- Keep track of your personal training without an XPS client
You need the Client if you're an:
- Health and fitness participant
- Athlete
- Player
You need the Client to:
- Input data about your progress
- Work with your nutrition
- Connect to a trainer
